Shipping:
Standard shipping will be Purolator Ground/Express. Depending on your location freight costs will be charged accordingly.
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping please REFUSE THE SHIPMENT make a note with the carrier and return it.

Returns and Refunds:
Purchases made online may be returned for a full refund less shipping and handling within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise for return must be in new condition, sealed in its original packaging. Shipping costs associated with this return are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds may take up to 14 days. In the event that we have shipped an incorrect item, free-light will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.
In order to maintain our everyday low prices, free-light does not accept returns on items that are not sealed in their original packaging.
In order to return a product, you must obtain a return authorization number. In order to do so,
please e-mail, info@free-light.ca with the following information;
Subject line: return authorization request
Please include your full name, address, order number and reason for the return request.
We do not accept shipments without a return authorization number.
Cancel an order:
As long as your order is pending, you may e-mail info@free-light.ca to cancel your order, and our office will acknowledge if that order has not been shipped
and can be cancelled.
Once the order has been processed, our standard return and refund policy applies.
Warranty:
Our products carry a one year warranty. If you have a problem with your lamp, please contact us by e-mail through our website. We will help you troubleshoot the problem.
If the lamp needs to be returned, the original packaging (or something that works as well) needs to be used to protect the lamp on its journey back for repairs. We cannot accept returned items that arrive damaged. Be sure to insure your item for the full cost of the product. In this case please refer to the returns and refunds policy.
* If the lamp is under warranty, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion and return to
you prepaid.
* Out of warranty repairs are billed at parts cost only and returned to you freight collect.
